We are here for you. We understand the extreme emotions you or a loved one may feel when you are told you won’t get better, or you will never be able to live life how you used to. Our Palliative Care Homes provide support to manage and relieve distressing symptoms, including pain and other physical symptoms, as well as psychological and social symptoms. Our aim is to ensure you, or your loved one, gets all the support needed to make life bearable, making every day the best it can be.
As well as listening to our resident’s needs and desires, we make time to include families as much as we can throughout the provision of care. We act as a support system, striving to meet the requirements for a respectful and dignified experience.
We have a number of nursing homes providing palliative care - Shropshire and Cheshire locations that provide specialist end of life care in pleasant surroundings. Our Registered Nurses and Care Assistants are trained within the National Gold Standard Framework (GSF) to ensure we provide excellent care throughout each resident’s journey. The GSF ensures we offer the highest standards of clinical and emotional care by up-skilling and training our team.
