A loving, sociable place to live

Our Nursing Homes are not just places to live, they are a home from home and somewhere to be comfortable and cared for. Our Care Homes across Shropshire and Cheshire enjoy being part of their local communities and take pride in their reputation for offering not only clinical excellence but warm, friendly and sociable environments where residents' health and happiness sit at the heart of the Home.

A message from Morris Care Chief Executive

It really has been heart-warming seeing our residents able to meet up with a family member in our gardens, grounds and green spaces over the recent weeks and I am delighted that the government guidance has changed again from July 6th to allow up to six people to meet up outside.

This means that families can unite with loved ones in our gardens in a truly meaningful way – children and grandchildren, aunts and uncles and of course, dear friends can visit in small groups of up to five people once again. It will be marvellous to see what joy and pleasure this brings for all.

Inside our Homes we continue to follow strict protocols to safeguard everyone with the use of all the relevant PPE and regular deep-cleaning throughout, along with all the sanitising and hand washing which goes on as a matter of course.

I very much look forward to the time when we can once again invite you into our lovely Homes to enjoy relaxing time with loved ones inside as well as out.

Care, Comfort and Companionship

Whilst we are all living through these difficult times, our wonderful staff have been ensuring residents are not only safe and cared for, but that they continue to enjoy the camaraderie of being part of our Home family. We have introduced ‘Befrienders’ in our homes helping your loved ones to stay in contact with you and providing additional friendly company and conversation. To find out more about the lovely activities taking place, please do visit our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We remain committed to providing the highest quality nursing care and support for residents in all our homes across Shropshire and Cheshire. If you would like a confidential conversation about a loved one who may need this help and support then please do not hesitate to contact us at 07593 447 365 or speak to our Home Managers at each of our six beautiful Homes.

Thanking our Caring Communities

Over the last three months, local businesses and community groups have gone the extra mile to help both our staff and residents within the Homes to feel supported. These true acts of kindness have lifted spirits and kept everyone going.
