The Administration teams within our Homes provide a professional and friendly service driven by a real passion for providing excellent customer service.
Alice Carter joined as and accounts administrator and comments:
“It is the range of things I get involved with that keeps me fulfilled. I love getting to know our residents too as this really is their home. No two days feel the same and I find I am using my business administration and social skills equally which makes for the days to whizz by.”
Those in Administration often act as a 'face of the home' providing a professional meet & greet service to all visitors and callers ensuring they are treated in line with the Morris Care values at all times.
No two days are the same. You may be undertaking administrative duties for the Home Manager such as dealing with correspondence, handling telephone enquiries or keeping the reception smart and welcoming. You may be assisting with handling maintenance issues or perhaps working alongside the Social Life Co-ordinator to gather information for exciting events at the Home. The role is varied and interesting and you get to work alongside many different colleagues within the Home environment.
