Gabor Benke, Home Manager

Gabor was born in Hungary, and first started working in care as a Health Care Assistant in a hospital, he later obtained his Registered Nursing Qualification whilst working in a county hospital on a psychiatric ward.

He moved to the UK in 2005, and two years later started work as a qualified nurse. He later became Home Manager of a nursing home in Leominster and in 2011 achieved his Leadership & Managers Qualification. 

"I am an accredited QCF (NVQ) Assessor and strongly believe in the ethos of training my staff to ensure the best standards of care in the home whilst creating a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere, in a supportive and caring environment."
