Love was all around at Stretton Hall when we hosted a St Valentine’s Day afternoon tea for residents, families and friends.
We decorated Poppies Tea Room on a Valentine theme and with entertainer Sadie-Beth sung all of the favourite romantic classics.
The residents and their loved ones enjoyed baked treats and Prosecco whilst exchanging cards and reminicsing.
Social Life Co-ordinator Issy Pitts said: “Everyone really enjoyed the occasion, it brought back such happy memories and created a few new ones too. We got the best china out as residents celebrated with their loved ones, whether that was their partner, family or friend.
“We hold a range of activities to help people in our care live the best life they can. St Valentine’s Day was a lovely opportunity to do just that and we’d like to thank everyone who got involved to make it special.”
