As you are all aware, we are currently living and working through a concerning and challenging time.
Our residents’ safety and wellbeing are our priority and Iam so grateful for everyone’s efforts to keep spirits up in the Home as we continue to lovingly care for them.
I have been completely overwhelmed with your determination, positivity and passion throughout the past week. Your professionalism is outstanding and I am so proud to work alongside you.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to you all for your hard work and I want to let you know that I, and your Managers, are here to support and guide you through this.
