Training, support and development

We know starting a new job can be daunting but we try to be there for you every step of the way.

You will undergo a two-day induction programme with our Training Officers Sarah and Louise and will receive mentored support throughout your probation period.

Once you’re settled, we’ll support you along your chosen career path to ensure you find your purpose here.

We understand how important it is to celebrate success. Our Love2Care Awards recognise how our staff bring our values to life every day. Nominations from team members, residents, families and visiting professionals show appreciation for the stars of our team that are shining brightly.

Every month, there’s an Employee of the Month in each Home. They receive a £25 Love to Shop voucher and a chance to be shortlisted for the annual Love2Care awards hosted by the Morris Family.

Our staff are what make Morris Care so special, and that’s why finding high quality care staff with the right values and behaviours is so important to us. The Care Friends app is designed to make it easy, fun and rewarding for our staff to recommend their friends, family or anyone in their social network to work at Morris Care.
