Relatives are welcome to visit at any time. Overnight accommodation is made available wherever possible and we can arrange catering for family functions. We also encourage residents to take day trips and holidays with families and friends and can provide wheelchairs if required.
Can my family have a meal with me?
Yes, our catering staff would be happy to provide a meal for your family at a nominal charge.
What is a Personal Care Plan?
Each resident has a Personal Care Plan which identifies any medical needs, personal likes and dislikes and how they like to be personally addressed. It is created in consultation with those who currently care for the resident, doctors or family members and of course the resident.
How do I pay my fees?
Fees are payable in advance by direct debit. A £200 deposit is required to reserve a room. This deposit is deducted from the first month’s invoice.
