Isle Court Nursing Home is set in extensive grounds with spectacular views of the Shropshire countryside. It provides exceptional standards of care for frail older people, audlts who are mentally frail and the younger physically disabled.

We require Care Assistants to carry out personal and general care for residents in accordance with their care plan and to assist in ensuring all residents are safe, comfortable and clean.  

Corbrook Court is a beautiful elegant 45-bed nursing home for frail older people, dementia care and pallitive care residents. We require an RN/RGN level 1 for 36.25 hours per week to cover maternity leave,  with responsibility for maintaining a homely, supportive and stimulating environment to improve or sustain, as far as possible, the residents' quality of life through person centred care.

Good people skills essential; staff direction and mentorship an important part of the role.
